Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Do not whip too far or it will turn to butter.
Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla and sweetener until smooth.
Add the sifted cocoa powder and additional heavy whipping cream to the cream cheese mix. Mix until smooth.
Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and mix just until blended.
Chill for about an hour before serving.
Serve as is or top with additional whipped cream or low carb raspberry sauce.
