Keto Chow Review 2022: Does It Really Work?

Keto Chow is a complete low-carb meal replacement that helps people lose weight while maintaining muscle mass. It is not a simple protein powder, but rather a complete meal replacement that can fit well into your keto lifestyle. How to Make the Best Keto Meal Replacement Shake
One of the most interesting things about the Keto Chow powder is that, unlike other meal replacement powder, it does not contain fat. You choose your own type and amount of fat to add. This allows you to customize your shake mixes to your liking and to fit your nutritional needs. The fat source you use is up to you.
The Keto Chow website recommends calculating your macros to determine how much fat to add. They provide printed materials with your shipment to help you determine how much fat to add. Which fat you choose is up to you. Their recommendation is to start with heavy cream or heavy whipping cream.

I’ve been using Keto Chow shakes for about 5 months at the time of this writing and wanted to share some thoughts on how it affects my type 2 diabetes management.
My experience with Keto Chow is very similar to many others. As soon as I started drinking the shakes, my appetite went down, and I felt full longer. I didn’t feel hungry. I had a lot of energy throughout the afternoon.
So far, I haven’t experienced any negative effects from drinking Keto Chow shakes. While I am a very tightly controlled type 2 diabetic, using the Keto Chow for at least one meal a day has made meal planning much less stressful. I keep a couple of shakes prepared ahead of time in the refrigerator. With our busy lifestyles, it has made it so much easier to have a healthier “grab and go” option that I know is not going to negatively affect my blood sugar levels.
